福建省EPCの400KW太陽光発電屋上プロジェクト
プロジェクトについて
At a critical stage in the implementation of China’s dual carbon goals, SOEASY Group has successfully completed the construction and grid connection of a 400kW solar PV project for Fuzhou Minhou Tuokai Building Materials Co., Ltd. Leveraging its strong EPC capabilities and full-industry-chain advantages, SOEASY delivered the project—from groundbreaking in early March to commissioning by the end of April—in just over 50 days. This milestone marks a new phase of cooperation between the two parties in advancing low-carbon transformation, with SOEASY providing a one-stop service featuring customized design, refined construction, and full-chain support to deliver a green energy solution that combines economic efficiency and operational reliability.
Tailored Design, Precision Solutions Aligned with Customer Needs
As the EPC contractor, SOEASY adhered to its “one enterprise, one solution” service philosophy. The team conducted comprehensive assessments of Tuokai’s rooftop structure, surrounding environment, and electricity consumption demands. Drawing on detailed data and extensive experience, SoEasy designed a smart, practical, and efficient solar system tailored to the project. By using highly adaptable racking systems and optimized tilt angles, the team maximized the installation capacity without compromising the roof’s existing functionality.
The system is expected to generate 450,000 kWh of electricity annually, meeting approximately 15–20% of the company’s annual power consumption and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by around 400 tons per year—equivalent to planting 22,000 fir trees. The project is projected to cut electricity costs by more than 300,000 RMB annually, creating long-term economic and environmental value for the client.
Efficient Execution with Global Supply Chain Integration
Backed by a mature global supply chain and localized logistics system, SoEasy demonstrated exceptional resource integration during project execution. Core equipment—including modules and inverters—were sourced from industry-leading brands through strategic procurement, ensuring a cost-performance advantage. Construction materials followed a “direct from origin – delivered on-site” model, reducing supply lead times by over 20%.
To address common PV project challenges such as corrosion protection for mounting systems and cable safety, SoEasy implemented specialized solutions designed for coastal environments. These included salt-spray-resistant coatings and reinforced materials, extending equipment lifespan by an estimated 10%. On the project management front, the team used construction simulations to proactively identify spatial conflicts and workflow issues during rooftop operations. Multi-dimensional construction plans were developed accordingly. Despite frequent spring rains, SoEasy dynamically adjusted labor allocation and workflow priorities to achieve seamless coordination between material preparation on rainy days and efficient construction on clear days, showcasing the company’s superior control under the EPC model.
End-to-End Service Sets a Benchmark for Client Satisfaction
From initial site surveys to final grid connection, SoEasy provided a full-lifecycle service covering survey and design, equipment integration, construction management, and O&M support. Technical teams remained stationed on-site, holding regular coordination meetings to resolve engineering challenges in real time. A dedicated quality control team implemented a rigorous three-stage inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection) to ensure precision in every aspect—from the installation of over 700 modules to cable layout—ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
This project represents another successful application of SoEasy’s customized EPC model. Moving forward, the Group will continue to focus on the industrial solar market, leveraging technological innovation to upgrade its supply chain and provide enterprises with more precise designs, faster delivery, and smarter O&M services. SoEasy remains committed to accelerating the low-carbon transition across a wide range of industries through reliable and intelligent green energy solutions.
