7.68KW江苏沥青瓦屋顶解决方案
关于项目
This 7.68kW residential rooftop solar project is located in Jiangsu Province, China. It adopts a newly designed mounting structure specifically developed for asphalt shingle sloped roofs, combining waterproofing performance with structural stability.
The system features a combination of a drainage plate, base, support column, and fixing mechanism. A standout innovation is the convex conical arc surface with a top opening on the drainage plate, allowing rainwater to flow smoothly along the curved surface and away from the mounting holes—effectively preventing water leakage and protecting the roof’s integrity.
The support column passes through the drainage plate and connects to the base below, while the upper end links to the PV module fixings. Both the height and installation angle are adjustable, enabling optimal solar exposure based on the roof slope and location.
This project demonstrates SOEASY’s expertise in innovative rooftop solutions and offers a reliable, adaptable structure for distributed solar installations on sloped asphalt shingle roofs.
