Warranty terms
SOEASY offers a ten-year warranty as well as free lifetime consulting services.
Warranty Description:
1. The warranty starts two months after the product is shipped from the factory or after it is installed and used, whichever is earlier.
2. If the product or part of the product is replaced or repaired in accordance with this warranty, the balance of the original warranty period shall apply. The replaced product or part of the product does not provide a new warranty obligation.
3. Matching information to be submitted for warranty:
3.1 SN photos;
3.2 Detailed photos/videos of the system installed provided by the customer;
3.3 Photographs/videos of specific circuit electric gates provided by the customer;
3.4 Inverter WIFI account number and password or battery WIFI account machine password (limited to customers with installations);
3.5 Customer’s problem description.
4. In order to avoid the emergence of inferior products in the market, if there is a replacement of parts or the whole machine, the user is obliged to return the replaced parts or the whole machine to SOEASY (the specific process according to the instructions of SOEASY’s technical staff).
