This 158.22kW solar carport project is located at a major commercial complex in the Middle East. SOEASY provided a tailor-made steel carport solution, which not only offers shaded parking for mall visitors but also integrates a high-efficiency solar power system for clean energy generation.
High-Strength Steel for Harsh Climates
To ensure the system could endure the harsh Middle Eastern climate—marked by extreme heat, strong UV exposure, and sandstorms—Q235B carbon steel with hot-dip galvanization was used for the carport’s main structure. This material ensures excellent structural integrity and corrosion resistance, enabling safe, long-term operation in desert environments.
Customized Layout for Commercial Use
Designed with traffic flow and parking needs in mind, the carports feature a dual-slope symmetrical structure that balances durability with visual appeal. Modular design components allowed for rapid deployment, ensuring efficient installation without disrupting the mall’s daily operations.
