The EasyFlex system is built on a highly integrated, standardized, and universally adaptable design philosophy. Its fundamental logic is “standardized rail spine + modular interface attachments.” Regardless of roof type, the upper mounting logic and hardware connections remain consistent. Installers only need to change the lower interface (e.g., non-penetrative clamps, L‑foot kits, or specialized tile hooks) to suit different roof surfaces. In short: one system, multiple roof types.

The system uses ZAM (Zn‑Al‑Mg) coated steel (S350GD), aluminum alloy (AL6005‑T6), and SUS304 stainless steel. The ZAM material offers three key advantages:

Superior corrosion resistance – ZM275 coating withstands up to 4,000 hours of neutral salt spray testing, with corrosion resistance 3–10 times that of conventional pure zinc coatings of the same thickness. It also features a unique self‑healing property – when the surface is scratched or cut, magnesium preferentially dissolves and migrates to the damaged area, forming a dense protective film.

  2. Excellent mechanical strength – S350GD structural steel has a tensile strength 1.6 times that of traditional aluminum, allowing thinner wall sections (e.g., 1.2 mm) while maintaining higher load capacity.

  3. Significant cost savings – Under the same design conditions, the EasyFlex system achieves 20%–30% cost reduction compared to all‑aluminum solutions.
