SOEASY delivered a tailored 18.5kW solar mounting solution for a container rooftop in Poland, where the roof is constructed with color steel tiles. To ensure firm anchoring, expansion bolts were used to fix the structure directly through the roof, introducing the key technical challenge of this project: roof waterproofing.

From the early design stage, SOEASY engineers carefully addressed this concern by integrating waterproof rubber gaskets, sealing washers, waterproof nuts, and specialized sealing components at every penetration point. This comprehensive sealing approach ensures excellent waterproof performance, even under Poland’s frequent rain and high humidity conditions.

The mounting system is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, featuring a lightweight structure that minimizes roof load while delivering excellent corrosion resistance. Optimized panel orientation further enhances the system’s energy output.
