Okayama Japan 800KW
about project
Japan is one of the leading renewable energy markets in Asia, with strict requirements on the safety, reliability, and construction quality of solar PV systems. Located in the southwestern region of Japan’s Honshu island, Okayama Prefecture features sandy soil in many areas, which makes it unsuitable for traditional piling methods, especially near residential zones and dense infrastructure.
Given these site conditions, the customer selected our ballasted ground mounting solution, which stands out for its non-invasive installation, flexible deployment, and environmentally friendly features, fully complying with local construction regulations and land-use requirements.
SOEASY solution
To address the site’s geological features and construction constraints, we provided a modular ballasted ground mounting system with the following design advantages:
- Stable Foundation: Uses precast concrete blocks instead of driven piles, minimizing ground disturbance—ideal for soft or filled soil areas.
- Durable Structure: Made of high-strength carbon steel with hot-dip galvanizing for superior corrosion resistance, designed to withstand coastal climates for 10+ years.
- Easy Installation: Highly pre-assembled system; no welding required on-site, significantly reducing labor and installation time.
- Customized Design: Based on Japanese wind and snow load standards, optimized for structural stability and maximum energy yield through mechanical simulation.
