Japan 300KW Carport System
about project
This project is located in a residential neighborhood in Japan. The client aimed to implement renewable energy solutions without occupying additional land resources. To meet this goal, SOEASY provided a customized aluminum solar carport system that combines energy generation with vehicle sheltering, perfectly integrating with the urban environment.
Solution and Technical Features:
Given Japan’s geographical characteristics—frequent typhoons and seismic activity—the design emphasized high wind and earthquake resistance. The structure is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, known for being lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and structurally robust. Anodized surface treatment further enhances its durability in outdoor environments.
The solar panels are arranged in landscape orientation, covering the parking area below to provide effective weather protection while simultaneously generating clean electricity. The layout is optimized for efficient drainage, and the modular installation design allows for quick, disturbance-free construction.
Project Outcomes:
Once operational, the system is expected to generate approximately 320,000 kWh of electricity annually. The energy produced can be used for local consumption or fed into the grid, contributing to carbon reduction and improving the energy mix of the community. Moreover, the aesthetic and practical value of the carport has significantly enhanced the neighborhood’s visual appeal, receiving positive feedback from both the property owner and residents.
