Located in Hyogo Prefecture, western Japan, this 10MW ground-mounted solar project marks a significant step in the region’s transition to clean energy. Hyogo features relatively flat terrain, ideal for large-scale solar development, but the local climate presents unique challenges—high annual rainfall, consistently high humidity, and proximity to the ocean with increased salt exposure, all of which require advanced corrosion-resistant mounting solutions.

To meet these conditions, SOEASY delivered a custom-designed fixed aluminum ground mounting system, anchored on precast concrete block foundations. Aluminum alloy offers excellent strength-to-weight ratio and high corrosion resistance, making it well-suited for Japan’s humid, coastal environment. The precast block foundations provide a practical alternative to traditional pile-driven systems, reducing environmental impact, simplifying logistics, and accelerating the installation process.

The system features a single-row tilted structure that was optimized based on the site’s solar radiation angle. This design facilitates natural snow and rain shedding while maximizing sunlight exposure and energy yield. During the engineering phase, SOEASY performed detailed structural load simulations to ensure the system’s safety and durability under local seismic and meteorological conditions, in compliance with Japanese construction standards.

Throughout the project timeline, SOEASY provided full-scale technical support, including on-site supervision, ensuring smooth installation and high construction efficiency. The system now operates stably, with a neat and professional appearance. The client expressed strong satisfaction with the system’s reliability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of installation.
