The project combines clean energy generation with practical infrastructure, offering both environmental and spatial value.
Located in Ghana, West Africa, the system was installed in a commercial parking area with a total installed capacity of 39.6kW. Based on the local solar conditions, site layout, and client requirements, SOEASY provided a customized and efficient carport mounting solution. The system not only provides shaded, weather-resistant parking but also utilizes the rooftop space for reliable solar power generation.
Robust Structure, Built to Last
The carport system is built with high-strength aluminum alloy, designed to ensure long-term durability and easy installation. All main beams and columns are made from T6-grade aluminum profiles and have undergone structural analysis and wind load simulations to ensure stability under Ghana’s hot, humid, and occasionally stormy climate conditions.
The entire structure features a modular design with standardized components, simplifying logistics and enabling rapid on-site assembly—saving both time and labor costs.
Dual Function: Shelter and Energy
The solar modules are installed with a south-facing tilt to maximize exposure to sunlight, significantly improving the overall power output. In addition to providing shade and protection from the elements, the system generates clean electricity that can be used for on-site consumption or fed into the grid—bringing economic and environmental benefits to the facility.
