As a global provider of solar mounting solutions, SOEASY participated in this 32MW large-scale ground-mounted PV project in Indonesia, supplying a high-efficiency and reliable fixed-tilt mounting system.
Construction Highlights
1. Reinforced Steel Cage Foundations
The project uses rebar cages combined with embedded anchor bases for concrete foundations. Workers are shown assembling and aligning the cages and preparing formwork for secure concrete pouring.
2. Modular System for Efficient Installation
A modular design helps streamline transport and on-site assembly. Numerous mounting structures are already installed, with modules to follow.
3. Tailored Layout for Uneven Terrain
Situated in hilly terrain, the project required flexible design to maximize land use and energy output. Aerial views show the well-organized, terrain-adaptive layout of the solar arrays.
4. Material Upgrade: Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Steel
This project features zinc-aluminum-magnesium (ZAM) coated steel as the main bracket material. ZAM is an alloyed galvanized steel with added aluminum and magnesium, offering superior corrosion resistance and longer service life. By choosing ZAM, SOEASY helps customers control project costs while enhancing durability, especially under Indonesia’s humid, tropical climate.
5. Excellent Wind and Seismic Resistance
Given the local weather risks, the system has passed strict wind and seismic load tests to ensure long-term stability and safety.
